when it comes to throwing parties, it’s fun to have great glassware — it just adds a whole other layer to the event, not to mention, it’s very instagrammable should that be a goal of yours. when i’ve hosted parties i’ve rented from two amazing rental agencies both with gorgeous collections — casa de perrin in los angeles and frances lane in san francisco — i can’t recommend them more highly. but if you’re thinking about collecting your own, that seems like a worthwhile and fun hobby to have. i always like to have something to be on the lookout for when i hit the flea markets or yard sales, and if you’ve got a spot to display them, look how pretty this colored glassware can look. featured in this post is mostly depression era glassware which was mass-produced in the U.S. from the late 1920s to the 1940s and often used as giveaways to persuade customers to purchase goods, but companies like anthropologie, terrain and even neiman marcus are carrying new pieces too — so all great resources for you. i like chairish, etsy and ebay for vintage glassware. i was at the pasadena city college flea market today and saw a ton of — all fairly reasonably priced. happy hunting!

These pants are made with the world’s strongest material woven into its fabric – Graphene

There’s a high chance that the Omega pants will outlive the human race. Now I’m not being a pessimist, I’m just stating that these all-purpose pants come with the toughest ever material known to man woven into its fabric. With a lifetime warranty that should last long enough for it to be passed down multiple generations, the Omega pants were built to literally be worn forever, or quite possibly until the end-times… a little too stark? Designed for practically any activity that requires pants, the Omega pants by Graphene-X come with a 3-layer fabric that isn’t just destruction-proof, it’s stretchable, waterproof, and has the ability to regulate your body’s temperature so you could potentially wear the same pair of pants while rock-climbing in the sun or on a skiing trip to a snow-capped peak. The pants’ fabric as well as its construction together help it juggle its different roles. Styled like a pair of all-purpose pants with removable leg-pieces, ...
