Today was a big day for Lynk & Co and they did a fantastic job teasing us the reveal during the past weeks. Today finally came, despite a small gitch with the servers. The wait was really worth it and it's finally revealed. Lynk & Co announced their new mobility membership, European rollout plans, community partnerships, and shared a look at their first car to be available in Europe: the 01. A car that we have been covering when it was revealed back in Berlin, make sure to check out the reveal announcement video (included below). This is really an exciting time, Lynk & Co is setting a new path for 'car ownership' and giving (us) so much more liberty in how we approach and it's differently innovative. And bold.

Need a personal car (but don’t want to own one)? A month-to-month membership with a car is priced up to €500 per month, but members can lower their costs if they share it. Don’t worry, Lynk & Co will take care of the boring stuff like insurance and maintenance. And ‘month-to-month’ really means ‘month-to-month’ for Lynk & Co members - it’s possible to switch to a different solution or end at just a month’s notice.
If you don’t need a car of your own, then keep things casual with a free membership— you’ll only pay when you borrow a car and you’ll still get access to all the perks of the Lynk & Co community.
Clubs are a window into the world of Lynk & Co: places to sip their signature drink, browse carefully selected products, engage with the community, and attend members-only events. The company is collaborating with local artists and designers to outfit the clubs, with a special focus on uplifting ethical, eco-friendly brands.
The first club will open in Amsterdam later this autumn, and the second will open in Gothenburg, Sweden before the end of the year. Not in either city? No problem. More locations will be announced in the coming months, as well as a roving pop-up tour bringing the Lynk & Co experience to cities around Europe.
With a focus on growing their membership community (not selling cars), Lynk & Co encourages more efficient use of resources. On average, cars are only in use for 4% of the time and the rest of the time, they’re sitting parked. By using the sharing platform, members can share resources and reduce the overall number of cars on the street. Mobility can be accessible to more people, while taking up less space for parking
